Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout).
All payments are processed securely at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the membership portal.
Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles.

Digital products (including guides, ebooks, PDFs, templates, prompt packs, and other downloadable resources) are delivered immediately after purchase.
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases.
Digital products are licensed for your personal or business use only. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used to create a competing product.

Jam Ai reserves the right to update or modify services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

Jam Ai is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our resources are educational in nature and not a guarantee of specific business or financial outcomes.
