Will this work with my Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. There are three setup routes and you only need one: Claude with Skills turned on, ChatGPT with Skills (business and enterprise accounts), or a ChatGPT Project for everyone else. The START HERE guide walks you through each one with screenshots-level detail. Available features vary by account, so check the current Claude Skills and ChatGPT Projects pages if you're not sure.

I'm brand new to marketing. Is this for me?

That's exactly who it's built for. The interviews explain things like offers and content pillars using your business as the example. You answer in plain English, ask for an example whenever you want one, or just say "I don't know" and it helps you decide.

What exactly am I downloading?

One zip file. Inside: the Machine skill, seven playbooks, six blank brand files it fills in with you, a ChatGPT Project version, and a START HERE note. It runs inside your own AI account. It is not a separate app and not a subscription.

Will it remember my business?

Yes. It writes six brand files to a folder on your computer and reads them at the start of every task. In the Claude desktop app that happens on its own. On claude.ai or in a ChatGPT Project it hands you the text and you keep the files, which the guide walks you through.

Can it post for me?

It helps you choose where to publish and can use tools you've connected and authorized. When it can't publish directly, it hands you the finished work plus the next step. Finished graphics and video depend on the tools you have. It will never pretend something went live when it didn't.

Do I need Club Jam?

No. This is the standalone version, one payment, no membership. If you're already a Club Jam member, you don't need to buy this: the Machine is in your classroom on Skool, and we build it together on the live calls.

What does it not include?

Your Claude or ChatGPT plan, any paid image or video tools, and live coaching. Those come with Club Jam, not with the download.

What's the refund policy?
