Hi, I'm Jam! ๐งก
Meet your guide
I make AI feel easy.
I'm Robyn "Jam" Anderson. I'm an AI consultant, educator and keynote speaker, and I've shown thousands of small business owners how to use AI for marketing and the everyday work that eats their week.
I run my own business with a team of AI employees. I also run Club Jam, my AI community on Skool, and Club Claude, a free community where anyone can learn Claude from day one.

How I actually run my business
Meet my team. They're all AI.
Ten AI employees, one for every part of my business. Each one has a job, a desk and a manager. That's me.

A little education first
How did we get here?
In three years AI went from a chat box to a team that works for you. Here's the whole story in one slide.
2023
Chat
ask it anything
You typed a question, it typed an answer. Most of us asked it to write a poem.
2024
Prompting
ask it better
We learned that better instructions get better answers. Prompt formulas everywhere.
2025
Skills
teach it once
Save your instructions and reuse them. It does the job your way, every time.
2025
Agentic AI
it takes the steps
You describe the outcome and it does the steps: research, files, browsing the web.
2026
Agents
it works without you
AI that keeps working after you close the app and checks in when it needs you.
2027
Employees
a team with a boss
AI with a job, a brief and a home folder. And the boss is you.
Most people are still on step one. Today we skip ahead. ๐งก
2 to 3 min, story mode Walk left to right. "I started Jam AI in 2023 when it was just a chat box." Ask the chat: "Which step are you on?" Promise them they'll leave today on step 3, with a saved skill.
0:09
Step 5 is already here
Meet the personal agents.
AI that runs real errands for regular people, not just big companies.
Museby Meta
It has its own computer in the cloud with its own web browser. It clicks, types, fills out forms and goes all the way to checkout.
Free to start, on your phone, WhatsApp, Mac and the web
Keeps working after you close the app, then messages you
Stops and asks before it sends or buys anything
Instinctlives in your texts
A personal assistant you text, and it texts you first. It reads your email and drafts replies that actually sound like you.
Works right inside iMessage or WhatsApp
Mine texts me five people to reach out to every morning
Invite-only right now, so get on the list
A chatbot gives you directions. An agent drives you there.
2 min These are brand new (Muse launched in September). Tell the Instinct morning-texts story. Safety line: "Try them on low-stakes errands first, and they always ask before anything important." Don't demo, just show.
0:11
So the real question is
What's your AI system?
Not one magic tool. A few tools, each with a job, and you in charge.
My business has 23 recurring tasks. AI runs 17.
Claude ยท 13Warm and cold emails, a daily blog, call recaps
Me ยท 6On camera, coffee meetings, reading every draft
Map yours in 3 steps
List every task you do every week.
Break down the vague ones. "Marketing" isn't a task. "Three posts a week" is.
Mark each one AI or Me. Then give every AI task one tool.
2 min Real numbers from your own system. Key line: "Business development isn't one task. When I broke it down, most of the pieces were perfect for AI." Nothing sends without you.
0:13
Not everyone is Claude
Meet the big four.
When people say "AI," they usually mean one of these. Learn what each one is before you pick.
OpenAI
ChatGPT
The everything app. The household name, a great all-rounder and great at images.
Great if you want one app that does a bit of everything.
Anthropic
Claude
The writer and the worker. The best writing voice, great with long documents, and Skills that remember how you work.
Great if you write a lot and want it to sound like you.
my home base ๐งก
Google
Gemini
The Google one. Lives inside Gmail, Docs, Drive and Search.
Great if your business already runs on Google.
Microsoft
Copilot
The Microsoft one. Lives inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Great if your job or your company runs on Microsoft.
Test drive them. The free versions are a great place to start.
2 min, no bashing "I'm an Official Claude Partner, so you know my favorite, but every one of these is good." Ask the chat which one they use today. Copilot is huge for anyone whose employer is on Microsoft.
0:15
How I'd choose
Pick one to be your COO.
You don't have to use just one. But pick one main AI that knows your whole business, and bring in the others for a reason.
Your main AI
The COO
Knows your business, your voice, your customers and your goals. This is where most of your work happens, and where you build your skills and your team.
Mine is Claude.
๐ผ
Your job uses Copilot?
Great. Use it at work, where it already lives.
๐จ
Love ChatGPT's images?
Keep it for images. I use it for my YouTube covers.
๐ง
Life runs on Google?
Let Gemini help inside Gmail and Docs.
๐ฒ
Errands and nudges?
That's a job for a personal agent like Muse or Instinct.
One COO, a few specialists. Then stop tool-hopping and go deep.
2 min Permission slip: using more than one is fine. The mistake is hopping between six and going deep on none. Depth on one beats a free trial of six.
0:17
Quick vocab before we build
What's a model, anyway?
๐
The app is the car
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are the apps you open and talk to.
๐ง
The model is the engine
The brain under the hood. An LLM (large language model) read a huge amount of writing and got very good at predicting what comes next.
โก
New engine, same car
New models come out all the time, and your app quietly gets smarter. No need to switch apps to get the upgrade.
Most apps let you pick:Fast for quick jobsEveryday for most workThinking for the big stuff
Why you care: it predicts from what you give it. Better context in, better work out.
90 sec In Claude the three are Haiku (fast), Sonnet (everyday) and Opus (deep thinker). In ChatGPT it's the model picker and "thinking" mode. The last line is the bridge into agents, employees and context. "Now let's build."
0:19
Let's clear this up
Agent? Employee? Same idea.
Everyone says "AI agents." I say AI employees, because you already know how to manage an employee.
AI
The agents in the news
Muse, Instinct and the rest run errands for anyone. Great helpers, but they don't know your business, your customers or your voice.
YOU
Your personal AI employee
Built around your business, your voice and your tasks. It does one job the same way every time, and it hands the work back to you to approve.
Key line "You're not building a robot. You're training a helper." This is the promise from the SCORE description, so say it out loud.
0:20
The three levels
From prompt to employee.
Level 1
Prompt
a recipe card
You hand it over, you get one dish back. Next time, you hand it over again.
Level 2
Skill
a trained habit
Instructions you write once and save. Your AI does the job the same way every time, without you explaining it.
Level 3
Employee
a hire
A job, a desk and a manager. They know what they own, what they never touch, and where they save their work.
Today you'll go from level 1 to level 2. Your first AI employee starts as one good skill.
Bridge Most people are stuck on level 1, retyping the same prompt. The jump to level 2 is where the time savings start.
0:22
Content needs context
Generic in. Generic out.
Your AI isn't bad at marketing. It just doesn't know you yet.
No context
"Write a post about my bakery's holiday cookies."
You get: "Indulge in the magic of the season with our delightful treats!" Sounds like everyone. Sounds like AI.
With context
Your AI already knows you're a family bakery, your regulars order the same thing every December, you never use the word "indulge," and this week's goal is pre-orders by Dec 15.
You get a post your customers would believe you wrote.
Great content = your context + a clear job
Ask the chat "Raise your hand if AI ever wrote something that sounded nothing like you." Context is the fix, and it's the part nobody teaches.
0:24
Give your AI a home
Build a business brain.
Write down what you know once, in a few simple notes. Every AI employee reads them before it works, so you stop explaining your business every single time.
Who I amWhat I sellWho I sell toHow I soundMy rules
I keep mine in Obsidian, a free note app that saves everything as simple files on your computer. Claude can read and update those files. A plain folder on your desktop works too.

โ every employee reads this first
Show, don't teach 30 seconds of your real vault on screen if you want, then back. Don't tutorial Obsidian for beginners. The point is the idea: one home for your context. "A folder works too" keeps everyone in.
0:26
Anatomy of an AI employee
Every hire has three parts.
๐
The job description
Who they are, the one job they own, how they work and what they never do. _Job.md Write it once.
๐๏ธ
The brief
Your control panel: this month's goals, offers, prices and rules. _Brief.md When they get it wrong, fix the brief, not the chat.
๐
The home folder
Where they save every piece of work, with the date in the name. Nothing gets lost in a chat window again.
Plus one linethat sets the bar, like: "Work like a sharp marketing director, not a polite note-taker." It changes everything they hand you.
Keep it light Today's demos are the job description part, saved as a skill. The brief and folder are the upgrade they can do this week.

Live demo 1
Hire your Marketing Employee.
Copy the prompt and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT.
Answer its five questions. This is where it learns you.
Give it one idea. A tip, a story, a sale, anything.
Get the whole set: an email, three captions and a video idea, all sounding like you.
Marketing Employee
You are my Marketing Employee. Your job: turn one idea into marketing that sounds like me.
First, interview me. Ask me these one at a time and wait for each answer:
1. What does my business do, and who is it for?
2. What do my best customers say about me?
3. What am I selling or promoting right now?
4. Paste two or three things I've written that sound like me.
5. Any words I never use?
Then take this one idea: [YOUR IDEA]
And turn it into:
- One email: subject line plus about 150 words
- Three captions: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- One short video idea with the first line I'd say
Rules: sound like me, not like AI. One call to action everywhere: [WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO]. No hype words. Hand it back to me to approve, never post anything.
Demo, about 8 min Use a made-up local business (the bakery from slide 7) so nobody's real business is on screen. Show the bad version first if time. Then read one caption out loud: "Would your customer believe you wrote this?"
0:35
Live demo 2
Hire your SEO Employee.
Pick one page you already have: your homepage, a service page or a blog post.
Paste the link, or copy and paste the words if it can't open the page.
Get your fix list in order, starting with the one that matters most.
Get the rewrite of your page title and first paragraph, ready to paste.
SEO Employee
You are my SEO Employee. Your job: help the right people find my business on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Here is a page from my website: [PASTE THE LINK OR THE PAGE TEXT]
My business: [WHAT YOU DO AND WHERE]
Tell me:
1. What would a real customer type or ask to find this page?
2. Does the page clearly answer that? Yes or no, and why.
3. My top 5 fixes, most important first (title, headline, first paragraph, questions to answer, links).
4. Rewrite my page title and my first paragraph so they're ready to paste.
5. Three questions customers ask that this page should answer.
Keep it simple. I'm a business owner, not a web developer. Don't change anything for me, just hand me the list.
Demo, about 7 min Ask for a volunteer site in the chat, or use your own about page. AI search is the hook: "People are asking ChatGPT for recommendations now. Is your page the answer?"
0:41
Level 1 โ Level 2
Now save it, so you never retype it.
This is the step that turns a good chat into an employee. Right after the demo, paste this into the same chat.
Save it as a skill
Turn everything we just did into a reusable skill called marketing-employee.
Include: what you learned about my business and my voice, the questions you asked me, the exact steps you followed, what you hand back to me, and the rules (one call to action, no hype words, never post for me).
Write it so that next time I can say "Marketing Employee, here's my idea" and you do the whole job the same way, without asking me everything again.
In Claude
Turn on Skills in Settings, then paste the prompt. Claude builds the skill and you save it with one click.
In ChatGPT
Make a Project called Marketing Employee and paste what it writes into the Project instructions.
Check the clicks at rehearsal (Oct 30) Make sure the Skills setting and the save button are where this slide says in your current Claude and ChatGPT. Do it live once so they see how short it is.
0:43
Your turn
Who should you hire first?
Answer one question: what eats most of your week?
"Email, my calendar, and remembering what I promised people."
๐๏ธ
Executive Assistant
Runs your day. The best first hire if you're not sure.
"I know I should market, and I keep not doing it."
๐ฃ
Marketing Director
Plans what to say, to whom and why.
"I post in bursts and then disappear for weeks."
โ๏ธ
Content Manager
Makes the pieces and keeps them going out.
"Leads go cold because I forget to follow up."
๐ฐ
Sales Lead
Follow-ups, your pipeline and proposals.
Type your pick in the chat ๐
Engagement Have them type their pick. Read a few out. This is the "choose a task for your first AI employee" promise from the SCORE description.
0:45
Stay in charge
My team's house rules.
Every one of my AI employees follows these. Steal them.
You press the button. It drafts. You send, post, buy or delete.
Never make things up. No invented numbers, quotes or prices. Leave a blank instead.
No secrets in files. No passwords, card numbers or bank details, ever.
Finished work, not ideas. Paste-ready copy and real plans with dates.
Make corrections stick. When you fix it, it tells you the line to add so it never happens again.
Ask, don't guess. If it's unclear, it asks you one question, then does the job.
Trust slide SCORE crowd worries about safety and mistakes. "AI drafts, you decide" answers most of the Q&A before it starts.
0:47
Before next Monday
Your first week as a manager.
01
Pick one task
The one you're most tired of doing. Write it down.
02
Run the prompt
Use the Marketing or SEO Employee from today, or swap in your own task.
03
Save it as a skill
Then use it three times this week. That's your first hire.
Stuck on one? Bring it to the Q&A next. ๐
Wrap the teaching Then go straight to the CTA.
0:48
Your turn
Any questions? Let's talk.
Drop it in the chat. No question is too basic. ๐งก
Q&A, about 10 min Read questions out loud before answering. Save the last 2 minutes for the contact slide next.
Close Say both out loud and drop them in the chat. Mention that jamout.ai has a pop-up today where they can grab the slides and both prompts. Leave this slide up to close. End with: "Pick one task, hire one employee, and email me how it goes."
