Jam AI · the real marketing workload

What It Actually Takes

Every recurring action that runs the marketing at Jam AI and Club Jam, pulled from the operating notes as of September 2026. Nothing aspirational. If it is on this page, it is happening, and the tag tells you who is doing it.

The secret is not more effort. It is that most of this runs without me.

Who does it:

Every day

Seven days a week. The rhythm matters more than the volume.

The rule that came out of a painful lesson: one post a day, never batched. Fifty bulk-scheduled quote cards in August dropped engagement to about one like per post. The account recovered when the posting went back to one a day with a face in it.

Morning

Through the day

Afternoon and evening

Every week

Anchored to Monday morning and Friday numbers.

The week has a shape. Monday is the newsletter and the ads report. Thursday is the free class. Friday is three numbers. Everything else slots around live calls and filming days.

Content the week produces

Live and community

Friday

Every month

Reviews, refreshes, and the money.

Monthly is where the machine gets looked at instead of run. Numbers get reconciled, ads get fresh creative, the blog queue gets refilled from what actually pulled traffic, and the positioning gets tested against thirty days of data.

Every quarter and every year

The calendar that everything above serves.

The year is built around a sprint calendar, one big sale, one flagship launch, and the tax dates. The daily and weekly work only makes sense against this calendar.

What this costs, honestly

Small business owners tend to ask two things: how much time, and how much money. These are the real figures from the operating notes, not a pitch.
