The full tour, then your questions

🤖

What AI is (and isn't)

The myth-buster, plus where AI actually is in August 2026.

🥊

ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini

The real differences, and how to build your tool stack.

🧠

Your AI Brain

Time drains, the Dream Hire, and the Business Manifesto.

💬

Prompting that works

The New Hire Test and my POWER system for elite results.

🎨

Voice, images + real wins

Brand voice DNA, photo tricks, and real member examples.

🧡

One promise

You will leave with at least one thing you can DO today.

Level-setting first

AI is not here to take your job

🤖

The myth

A robot taking over the world, coming for your job and your business. That's the movies, not your Tuesday.

The reality

It's a productivity multiplier. It simulates reasoning and problem-solving so it can augment YOUR intelligence, not replace it.

🏆

Who wins

The people who strategically partner with it: amplify your strengths, cover your weaknesses.

You don't need to be technical. You need to be specific. 🧡

The mindset shift

From reactive to proactive

Reactive (most people)

  • Tries a chatbot once, gets a generic answer, gives up
  • Treats AI like a fancier search engine
  • Starts from a blank chat every single time
  • Waits to "figure out AI someday"

Proactive (you, after today)

  • Builds an AI that actually knows your business
  • Treats AI like a strategic partner with a job description
  • Reuses what works: projects, brains, saved instructions
  • Practices small reps, every week

You're the boss. AI is the assistant. Never the other way around. 🧡

August 2026

AI stopped answering.
It started doing.

A couple of years ago

  • You typed a question, it typed an answer
  • You copied, pasted, and fixed everything yourself
  • One chat at a time, one task at a time
  • It forgot you the moment you closed the tab

Right now

  • You describe the OUTCOME, it does the steps
  • It reads your files, drafts your emails, builds your pages
  • AI "agents" work in the background while you live your life
  • It remembers your business, your voice, your preferences

This is why we're re-doing 101. The basics got bigger. 🧡

The buzzwords, decoded

Agents, skills, and the rise of
OpenClaw + Hermes

🕵️

AI agents

An agent doesn't just answer your question, it completes the mission. You give it the outcome ("find me 10 leads and draft the emails") and it does the steps: researching, drafting, checking its own work. The job, not the task.

🧩

Skills

Saved know-how an agent can reuse. Your voice, your checklist, your way of doing an invoice, taught once and kept forever. Skills are how an agent goes from "smart stranger" to "trained employee."

🦞

OpenClaw

The viral one. A free, open-source personal agent that lives on YOUR computer and texts with you through WhatsApp or Telegram, with 100+ built-in skills. It blew up so fast it became the most-starred project in GitHub history.

Hermes

The fast riser. Same personal-agent idea, with a twist: it learns from every task you give it, turns wins into new skills on its own, and remembers you across every session. The fastest-growing agent of 2026.

You don't need to install these today. You DO need to know the wave is here. 🧡

First, one bit of vocab

What even is an LLM?

LLM stands for Large Language Model. It's the engine under the hood of every AI tool you've heard of. It learned by reading more text than any human ever could, and now it's shockingly good at predicting what words should come next. That's it. That's the magic.

🚗

The app is the car

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are the apps you actually open and talk to.

🔧

The LLM is the engine

Each app runs on its own models. New "engines" ship a few times a year, and the apps quietly get smarter.

🔑

Why you care

Because it predicts from what YOU give it, the quality of what you put in decides the quality of what comes out.

The big three

ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini,
in plain English

🟠 Claude The thoughtful one. Best writing voice of the three, best at long documents, and its Projects + Skills remember your business so you set things up once and reuse them forever. This is my home base, and it's what we use in Club Jam.
🟢 ChatGPT The everything app. The most popular one, great all-rounder, and right now it makes the best images of the three. If you only ever learn one AI app, you could do worse than this one.
🔵 Gemini The Google one. Lives inside Gmail, Docs, and Search. If your whole life is in Google, it's already sitting next to you. Right now it also makes the best AI video.

You don't need all three. You need one you actually USE. 🧡

How I build a stack

One main partner,
a bench of consultants

You don't marry every new tool. You pick ONE main partner that knows your whole business, and treat everything else like a specialist you visit when you need them.

🧠

Your main partner

Mine is Claude: my strategic COO. Deep thinking, long documents, and it remembers my whole business. This is where 80% of my work happens.

📓

The research consultants

NotebookLM organizes your docs into a source of truth (it can even make a podcast about your business). Perplexity fact-checks with sources.

🎨

The creative consultants

ChatGPT and Nano Banana for images, Canva for design polish, HeyGen and ElevenLabs when you want video and voice.

New tools launch every week. Your MAIN partner is the one that knows YOU. 🧡

New since last year

The 2026 stuff worth knowing

🤝

AI became a coworker

Claude's "Cowork" lets you point AI at a folder and say "organize these receipts into an expense report." It opens the files and does the whole job. Plain English in, finished work out.

🕸️

AI can use the internet FOR you

ChatGPT can now click around the web on your behalf: filling forms, comparing options, following links. Google's AI search can even book the restaurant, not just find it.

🎨

Images and video got scary good

One good photo of you is now a full brand photoshoot. Product shots, social graphics, even video ads, all from a text description.

🧩

Skills: teach it once, use it forever

You can now save your instructions, your brand, and your way of doing things as reusable "skills." A prompt is something you do. A skill is something you own.

The takeaway: the tools raced ahead, but the skill that matters most is still the same one. Knowing how to ASK.

Before you touch ANY tool

Find your time drains

Don't start with the tool. Start with the job you'd hand off if you could.

The Dream Hire exercise

If you could hire anyone tomorrow, who would it be? A marketing manager? A bookkeeper? An assistant who answers every email? That role is the first job you give AI.

Audit your day

Write down the repetitive tasks that create the most mental weight. The stuff you dread on Sunday night. Those are your prime candidates.

Circle your top three

Not ten. Three. We automate the heaviest ones first, and each win buys you time for the next.

Drop it in the chat right now: who's YOUR dream hire? 🧡

The Club Jam foundation

Build your AI Brain

One document, the Business Manifesto: your mission, your values, your offers, and exactly who you serve. Upload it wherever you work, and every email and post comes out sounding like YOUR brand. Context is king: generic in, generic out.

The manifesto starter Research [your company name] and [your website] and create a comprehensive analysis of my business. Then, based on this research, create a comprehensive AI training document I can upload to any AI tool: my mission, my values, my offers, who I serve, and how I sound.

This is why Club Jam members' AI doesn't sound like everyone else's. 🧡

Prompting 101 · The New Hire Test

Would a brand new employee
understand your ask?

Before you hit enter, ask yourself: if I handed this exact request to a new hire on their first morning, could they do a good job? A new hire needs four things. So does AI.

Who you are

"I run a mobile dog grooming business in Denver." Ten words of context beat a thousand words of guessing.

What you want

Not "help with marketing." Try "write 5 social posts for this week." Specificity beats syntax, every time.

Who it's for

"My customers are busy dog parents who feel guilty about matted fur." Now it's writing to a person, not the void.

What good looks like

"Short, warm, plain English, no hashtags." Four sentences total. That's the whole skill.

Commanders ask. Architects assign. Be the architect. 🧡

Ready to go pro? My formal system

The POWER prompt

When a prompt really matters (a sales page, a proposal, a launch), brief it like a detailed job ticket. Five parts, every time.

Persona

"You are an expert [role] with [X] years in [industry]." Who should the AI BE?

Objective

"Create [the deliverable] that [the outcome]." What exactly are we making?

Workspace

Your business, your audience, your challenge, your goal. The context that makes it yours.

Expectation

Format, tone, and length. "A table, warm tone, under 300 words."

Requirements

Must-haves and never-dos. "Must include my CTA. Avoid jargon and hype."

The full copy-paste POWER template is waiting on your Prompt Playground. 🧡

Set it once, enjoy it forever

Custom Instructions:
teach it your preferences

Every AI app has a settings page where you can tell it how to treat you, permanently. Two minutes of setup ends years of repeating yourself.

📛

What to call you

Tell it your name and your business. Mine calls me Jam.

🚫

Your never list

"No jargon. No corporate speak. No hype words." Whatever makes you cringe, ban it once.

📋

Your format

"Plain English, short answers, bullet points." How you like information served.

This is the difference between a tool and a teammate. 🧡

My favorite trick in all of AI

Make it interview you

The trick was never a hidden code. It's giving AI a clear role, real context, and permission to ask YOU questions before it answers. Here's the first prompt I give literally everyone:

Your very first prompt I run a [your business]. Ask me five questions to understand what I do, then suggest three ways you could help me this week.

Bonus move: after any answer, ask "What are you least confident about?" 🧡

Live demo · the "oh wow" moment

Plan your whole week
in one prompt

Try this Monday morning Here's everything on my plate this week: [brain dump everything]. Sort it into: must happen this week, should happen, and can wait. Then lay out a realistic Monday to Friday plan that leaves breathing room. I have about [X] working hours a day.

This is prompt #7 in the AI Starter Kit. There are nine more where it came from, and you're getting all of them today.

Trick #2

Never sound like a robot: teach it your voice

The voice decoder You are a brand voice strategist. I am going to paste three things I have written that sound like me: [paste 3 samples]. Study them and give me back a brand voice guide: my tone in five words, the phrases I lean on, the words I would never use, my sentence rhythm, and how I open and close. Then write one fresh paragraph about [topic] in that exact voice so I can check your read.

Do this once inside a Claude Project and it remembers. Every email, post, and caption after that comes out sounding like YOU on your best day.

Level up your voice

Your Brand Voice DNA

Once AI knows how you sound, give your voice a formula so it stays consistent on every channel: something like 50% Expert Authority + 30% Trusted Advisor + 20% Practical Guide.

The archetype finder Act as a brand strategist and help me identify my ideal brand archetype. Here is info about my business: [paste your manifesto or describe your business]. Analyze this and identify my primary brand archetype from the 12 Jung archetypes. Then write my voice as a percentage formula, like 50% Expert Authority + 30% Trusted Advisor + 20% Practical Guide.

Are you The Sage? The Hero? The Everyperson? Let's find out. 🧡

Quality control

The Smell Test

"If this post could have been written by any business in any industry, it smells like AI." Here's how to fix the smell:

👃

Read it out loud

Not in your head. Out loud. Your ear catches the words you'd never actually say.

🧂

Add your specifics

A real customer, a real number, a real story only YOU own. Specifics are the antidote to generic.

🚢

The Two-Round Rule

Two rounds of feedback, then you decide and ship. The goal is not perfect. The goal is published.

AI writes the draft. YOU bring the smell of a real human. 🧡

Trick #3

Brand photos,
without the photoshoot

One clear selfie plus one good prompt equals professional brand photos that actually look like you. No photographer, no good-hair-day required. VIP members: there's a whole gallery of 12 scene prompts waiting for you.

The starter version Using the photo I've uploaded of myself, create a professional brand photo: I'm [describe the scene: "working at a bright cafe table, warm natural light, candid smile"]. Photorealistic, shot like a lifestyle photographer took it. Keep the exact face from my photo completely unchanged. Do not change my face.
More image tricks

Talk like a photographer,
get photos like one

💡

Name the lighting

"Butterfly lighting" for soft, flattering headshots. "Rembrandt lighting" for drama. Real photography words get real photography results.

🥤

Product placement

Upload a photo of your product and say "have her hold this cup." Your actual product, in any scene you can describe.

📊

Instant infographics

"Look up the five best [products in your niche] under $300 and create an infographic with pros and cons for each." Research AND design in one prompt.

🤪

Have some fun

"Make me a flowchart for how to brew coffee, as wacky and over-the-top as possible." Fun posts get shared. Let AI be silly with you.

30 more image prompts are waiting on my free shelf. 🧡

Your research department

Research that used to take weeks

📓

NotebookLM

Upload your docs and it becomes your source of truth. Ask it anything, get a study guide, or have it make an audio overview: a podcast about YOUR business.

🕵️

Agentic research

Tools like Manus explore the internet FOR you: "Identify my top 3 competitors and analyze their digital footprint: strengths, weaknesses, and quick-win tactics."

Perplexity

The fact-checker. Every answer comes with sources, so you can verify before you publish.

Fun fact: this very presentation started from my NotebookLM brain. 🧡

Real businesses, real wins

What this looks like in the wild

🏠

Real estate

One agent, three AI assistants for every transaction: Listing Prep Pro, an Under Contract Command Center, and Closing Celebrations. Nothing falls through the cracks.

🌿

Landscaping

Speed to lead: a quote request triggers an instant, personalized text back. First to respond usually wins the job, and now that's always them.

📊

Finance

Complex products compared side by side, "explained like I'm 12." Clients finally understand what they're buying, and they buy with confidence.

None of these owners write code. They describe what they want. 🧡
